Dan Dan Mee

Pronounced as 'Dan Dan Mian' in Mandarin or 'Dan Dan Meen' in Cantonese, the brand is created in the early days of production. 'Dan' simply means egg and 'Mian' is noodle. As eggs are used as the main ingredient in the noodle, the setting of the brand name came naturally for the founder of the company, Mr Lai. It is a simple and fun name, hence easily remembered.
